General Terms
Please provide clear references and/or sketches and a clear description of your character.
I have a right to decline commissions especially if I’m not capable of doing it.
First come first serve basis.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and the commission will be canceled.
Commission Process
For Illustration, I use 3D application to create the initial layout and lighting of the illustration.I’d like to update my clients every time I made progress. From 3D layout, Sketches, Lineart, flat colors, shading, and compositing.I’ll send low-quality WIPs to the client to keep them updated.The final Artwork will be sent via GdriveIf the commission is 3D ill send a rendered image plus the Obj and Blend file.I’ll try to meet the deadline set by the client but I am able to extend it due to, School works, Health Issues, Complexity, and Personal Errands.The client is able to request additional drawings to change clothing, hair, etc. they’ll be charged additionally depending on their request.
Payment
The client shall pay 50% of the price at the start of the commission and the other 50% once the commission is finished.If the commission is for commercial use, the price will increase by 300%
Please update me once the payment is sent.The client is able to get the work-in-progress drawings if they pay 25% more of the price.The payment will be done Via Gcash or Bank transfer.I will not accept refunds and upon cancellation, only my current progress will be sent to the client.
Copyright
I own every produced commission, not the client.I am able to use the artwork in my portfolio and for promotional purposes.I am able to post them on social media like Instagram and Facebook.When posting on Instagram, I can collab post it on both of our accounts.The client is able to post the artwork only with my permission and proper credit.
